MuleSkinner 2022 is in the Barn!

2023 MuleSkinner Race Date is Oct 14th.

The 2022 MuleSkinner Endurance Series was a huge success!!  The weather couldn’t have been any better and all the runners did amazingly well!  A big giant THANK YOU to all the runners, race volunteers and sponsors as well as the good peeps at the Delaware and Heritage Canal Corridor and D&R Canal Park across the way in NJ.  Their support and hard work to keep these beautiful towpaths in great shape is worth of all the praise we can muster.

Thanks again to them both!!

We’re already taking a good look at possible course tweaks for the 2023 MuleSkinner Endurance Series and hope to have those finalized early in 2023.  Any way we go though, the race course will utilize the super scenic, historic, flat and fast towpath on the D&L and D&R Canal Towpaths.  In the meantime, take a look at pictures from race day from Race Photographer Kevin Andrew.  Thanks Kevin for getting out there early on race day and capturing such wonderful images and the spirit of the race through your lens.

Supporting local non-profits who work to preserve the special landscapes that we hold our races in is a key element in all Spirit Trips races.  Our local non-profit benefactor for MuleSkinner is the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor.  Their ongoing efforts to preserve and protect the scenic beauty and historic character of the canals and tow paths is commendable and deserving of our support.  A portion of all race registration fees will be donated to them and we encourage all participants to do what they’re able to beyond our donations.  This organization is truly worth it.
