Registration Open!

2023 MuleSkinner Race Date is Oct 14th.

MuleSkinner registration is now open and closes Sept 19th.  We did some serious pencil sharpening, sold some of our high value body parts and have almost cut registration prices in half.  We’re looking to make the fourth running of the MuleSkinner the best ever…as if 2022 wasn’t simply perfect.  The weather couldn’t have been any better and all the runners did amazingly well!  A big giant THANK YOU to all the runners, race volunteers and sponsors as well as the good peeps at the Delaware and Heritage Canal Corridor and D&R Canal Park across the way in NJ.  Their support and hard work to keep these beautiful towpaths in great shape is worth of all the praise we can muster.

Thanks again to them both!!

The course this year will be the same as it was in 2022.  A few key bridges are still out so we’re going to be thankful for what we have and continue to enjoy both sides of the river.  As always, the race course will utilize the super scenic, historic, flat and fast towpath on the D&L and D&R Canal Towpaths.

Supporting local non-profits who work to preserve the special landscapes that we hold our races in is a key element in all Spirit Trips races.  Our local non-profit benefactor for MuleSkinner is the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor.  Their ongoing efforts to preserve and protect the scenic beauty and historic character of the canals and tow paths is commendable and deserving of our support.  A portion of all race registration fees will be donated to them and we encourage all participants to do what they’re able to beyond our donations.  This organization is truly worth it.
