MuleSkinner is on for 2022!!!!  Oct 15th

The 2022 MuleSkinner Endurance Series is a go!!  We’ve been issued permits by both park agencies…PA and NJ and have modified our courses to avoid any bridge or towpath sections damaged by last years Tropical Storm Ida.  This years course are all out and backs and take in amazing scenery on both the Pa and Nj canal towpaths.  This year’s MuleSkinner will feature a Marathon distance, 50K and 50 Miler.  There will be no 100k distance offered this year due to difficulties in course plotting with towpath damage on the original 100k course.

Runners who registered for the 2021 MuleSkinner Races will all receive 100% off deferral codes but will still need to register on Ultrasign up.  The 100% discount code will only be good for the distance race you registered for last year.  Runners who had registered for the 100K race last year will have the option of deferring again to next year or registering for any of the three races offered this year and receiving the appropriate refund for the price difference.

Volunteers

The MuleSkinner endurance races welcomes the assistance of volunteers who may not want to run but just want to be part of the awesome race day energy and fun.  Did we mention that one of our sponsors is a local brewery…wink wink.  All volunteers will receive MuleSkinner Crew shirts.

These bags will be taken to the Washingtons Crossing Aid Station by race staff and will be returned to the finish.  Drop bags should be clearly marked with your name and bib #.

Supporting local non-profits who work to preserve the special landscapes that we hold our races in is a key element in all Spirit Trips races.  Our local non-profit benefactor for MuleSkinner is the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor.  Their ongoing efforts to preserve and protect the scenic beauty and historic character of the canals and tow paths is commendable and deserving of our support.  A portion of all race registration fees will be donated to them and we encourage all participants to do what they’re able to beyond our donations.  This organization is truly worth it.
